Packing my bags

My time in Canada is slowly coming to a close. I leave my job at the end of July and will spend the following two months indulging in two passions: cooking and travelling. I plan on doing as much cooking (and bread making) as humanly possible in the first few weeks of August, then I'm going on a month-long trip through north-eastern Canada and the US. It's going to cover Toronto, Montreal, PEI, Halifax, New York, Chicago and Seattle. There's also the possibility of a week long hike in the Canadian Rockies at the end of it.

I've put my itenerary online so those I'm visiting along the way can see where I am.

All in all, not a bad way to end off three years in this corner of the world.
